We have now filled our exhibition program for 2025.
A gallery as part of a garden centre is a great way to bring art, and individually crafted products to a wide range of people who would not normally visit an art gallery, as well as giving local artists an outlet for their products.
We want to know your ideas for an interesting exhibition in this space, and also new art and craftwork for our gallery and shop in the leadup to Christmas.

Join mosaic artist and teacher, Sandra Bain to spend a weekend (10 to 5 Saturday and 3 to 5 Sunday) learning mosaic techniques and use your imagination to make a unique artwork.
You may wish to bring an item to decorate. If you want you can bring broken crockery, old jewellery, cutlery, shells etc. (maybe from an op- shop) to add individuality to your work. Bring along any inspiration or design ideas you may have in mind. Alternatively, you can be guided by Sandra in the design of your piece and you do not need to bring anything with you. Glass mosaic tiles, terracotta dishes, pots and wall plaques are available for purchase on the day.

Limestone sculpture workshops
Jenny takes the limestone sculpture workshops at Bulleen Art & Garden. She is a natural teacher who loves to communicate her passion or sculpture, as well as the techniques needed to carve limestone.

These workshops will teach you how to make baskets using a variety of traditional different techniques. You will also Learn how to collect fibres, how to store them, dye them and dampen them down for use.Learn what is suitable for weaving and what is not suitable.
