MOSAICS
After retiring from teaching art in primary schools, I have time to pursue art for myself.
My inspiration for mosaics comes from Gaudi, Cleo Mussi (a British mosaic artist) and the ceramic harvest pots of Castiglione Sicily. I like to use the rich variety of new and old crockery which is all hand cut and results in a less formal aesthetic which I prefer.
